  • 1 tbsp instant espresso powder

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease two 9‑inch round pans.
  2. Whisk flour, cocoa powder, sugar, espresso powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl combine melted butter, eggs, heavy cream, and vanilla, then add dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Divide batter between pans, bake 25‑30 minutes, cool completely.
  5. Prepare dark chocolate ganache and white chocolate mousse, then layer cake with mousse, drizzle ganache on top, chill and serve.
