Ingredients
Method
- In a large bowl, crumble your cake into tiny pieces. If using a boxed cake, make it as per package directions and allow to cool completely before crumbling.
- Add your frosting to the crumbled cake. Mix the frosting into the cake until the mixture is uniform and can easily hold together when rolled into balls.
- Roll tablespoonfuls of the mixture into balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or freeze for 15 minutes to firm them up.
- Melt white chocolate melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip the tip of each lollipop stick into the melted chocolate and insert it into the center of each cake ball.
- Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, swirled to cover, and then gently tap to remove excess. Decorate with sprinkles while the coating is still wet.
- Place completed cake pops in a styrofoam block or a glass filled with rice to stand upright, allowing the coating to set.
